After reporting a problem with my car purchase from B6 AUTOMOBILES, I was disappointed to find that the dealership refused to cover the associated bill.
This experience has significantly damaged my opinion of their customer service and commitment to customer satisfaction.

I bought a beautiful exclusive C3 from them.
I had already noticed some minor maintenance issues, which they quickly fixed: two worn tires, brake pads, and a disc that needed replacing.
The day I bought it, I realized I couldn't fill up the car. I went back, and they replaced the tank.
No problem.
After the warranty expired after 6 months, I started hearing suspicious noises: the mechanic diagnosed a loose axial ball joint, the suspension arms needed replacing, and the front bearings were worn. A great scam. In short, hidden defects, and with the loose axial ball joint, they put other people's lives at risk!

We bought a Mercedes and the gearbox died after barely 2,000 km and two months. B6 won't even answer our phone calls and doesn't want to hear anything. To top it all off, we still haven't received the registration document.
If this isn't a scam, it looks like one!!!!
At least be polite and professional enough to respond to our messages.
How can we trust you if you systematically hang up on us???

Very factually, I bought a "low-budget" car for €6,500.
A universal joint was replaced under warranty, but the mechanic didn't even put in a new oil seal; it leaked oil! Since it was a poor diagnosis from MY mechanic, I had it replaced at my own expense (the seal)! But it should be noted that in the end, it was a wheel bearing, which I would do at my own expense, to be honest, since I had cost them a universal joint for nothing! During all this time, the B6 team told me "it's nothing, it's something that rubs," which is ridiculous for a car that just passed its MOT! Besides, I wasn't able to have the initial MOT before the defects were repaired! So, I put less than 2,000 km on the car before realizing that the flywheel was dead, resulting in a clutch for my pear, costing €1,500. B6 doesn't want to hear anything and make a commercial gesture, you should have read the small print, it's not covered by the warranty! Ok, they're not inside the mechanics, but when you buy a car from "pros", you don't have this kind of problem!!!
